The following accommodations are required in advance to book Mr. Paul for your next event:

  1. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the required booking fee two weeks prior to your event.
  2. If travel is over 3 hours one way, overnight hotel accommodations will be required
  3. Gas allowance of .55 per mile is due in advance or roundtrip airfare must be paid by responsible party or organization.
  4. A daily meal per diem.
